Training courses, seminars and lectures

Professionalism, humor and practical relevance

The philosophy of my work is that I see crises in systems – whether in companies, social organizations or other institutions – as opportunities for positive change and see the development potential for everyone involved. My work is geared towards utilizing strengths and development potential and integrating methods from various schools of therapy and coaching.

In my events, I attach great importance to a lively and well-coordinated way of imparting knowledge. This means that theory input, demonstrations, exercises, peer exchange and self-reflection alternate and are adapted according to the interests and energy level of the group.

My participants appreciate the clear structure, the appropriate learning pace and the clear documentation. The atmosphere is characterized by mindfulness, appreciation and enough space to ask questions.

If you as a company, society, social institution, training institute, team or organization are interested in my person, you will find a selection of topics for which you can invite me here.

I would be happy to come to you!
